Welcome to PARA
The magical journey of the Sun People.
Para is a children’s book filled with magic and hope for our world.
Written by internationally renowned meditation teacher Satta Ishaya, and illustrated by award winning graphic artist Ali Hodgson, Para is a children’s book filled with magic and hope.
The story is a reminder to all of us, young and old, that happiness and peace are an inside job - all we need to do is remember where to find it!
Para is currently available in both English and Spanish.
Lovingly detailed illustrations adorn each page and take the reader on a mystical journey from the land of Para!
Para is where the Sun People first discover planet Earth and decide to help their fellow beings by heading down to remind them of who they truly are.
During challenging times, it’s perhaps more important then ever to surround ourselves with uplifting narratives, and although the book is aimed mostly at 3-8 year olds, plenty of adults have told us they’ve shed a tear of joy reading it.
“A great tale full of love, magic, hope and truth with beautiful illustrations. A wonderful message of remembrance for all our children (and their parents) in this world!”
